My journey at Jun Group began in 2013 in Ad Operations, where I established a strong foundation in analytics and managing creative clients. I produced ad campaigns, optimized performance to consistently exceed client goals - achieving a 97% average video completion rate for luxury clients and a 3.5% CTR for pharma - and implemented project management systems to foster efficiency.
I then transitioned into Marketing as a Creative Strategist and Designer: here, I managed the priority pipeline, and designed marketing campaigns, web assets, built UX for our ad-tech products, and mentored junior designers. I also spearheaded client and internal events, cultivating high-profile partnerships and cross-departmental collaboration.
