At Arrow, I currently drive the mission to make healthcare payments faster and fairer for providers, insurers, and patients. I've spearheaded the design and launch of both a consumer product aimed at helping low-income individuals manage healthcare bills and a B2B healthcare administration tool. This B2B tool notably reduced health insurance claim denials by 50-60%, increased appeal success rates by 30%, and slashed accounts receivable time from 45 to 18 days.

My responsibilities encompass the end-to-end design process, including user research, high-fidelity prototyping, and the strategic implementation of an AI-powered prototyping workflow to accelerate iteration. Additionally, I led the comprehensive rebranding initiative for the company, from Walnut Pay to Arrow, designing all branded content including digital ads, subway ads, and sales/marketing merchandise.
